Solicitation 140G0222R0015
Solicitation 140G0222R0015 Chemical Analysis Services
Question: We have received the PT samples this morning along with the instruction. There is no test required for sample G on the sample list provided, however. Are you able to confirm we don’t need to run any test for sample G?
Response: Potential offerors do not need to provide a test for Sample G. It was taken off the list.
Question: Regarding method 13 (required for H, L, M, N and O). This will be a subcontracted test from our end. Are we still required to submit PT data?
Response: Yes, subcontracting is an option; however, PT data is required. If the offeror (Proposed Prime Contractor) is a small business set aside, FAR 52.219-14 Limitations on Subcontract is applicable as it was incorporated by reference in this solicitation amendment 0003.
