The scope includes removal of laboratory furnishings and equipment, room decontamination, chemical and industrial hygiene sampling, hazardous waste characterization and disposal per Federal, State, and local regulations, and preparation of a final closure report. The performance period is 90 days, with a mandatory site visit on August 24, 2026, at 0900 CT and an anticipated award date of August 31, 2026. The wage determination 2015-5315 applies to this requirement.
