About this file

This attachment provides pricing details for military service verification services for the US Geological Survey Store. The contractor will provide verification services over multiple ordering periods and option years, from 2024 through 2029. Pricing is established in tiers based on the quantity of verifications performed, with tier 1 covering 1 to 10,000 verifications at $120,000. The contractor may be due an equitable adjustment if the actual quantity expended is at least 15% less than the tier maximum. The maximum value of the contract is $1 million.

Estimated Total Contract Value: ERROR:#VALUE!

The maximum limit of the Government’s obligation to order and the contractor’s obligation to deliver, consistent with FAR 52.216-19(d), under this contract is $1 million. This does not constitute a contract ceiling, nor does it constitute the basis for an equitable adjustment. The obligation limit only serves as a limitation of both parties obligations pursuant to FAR 52.216-21(b) and (c).
When placing orders, the Government will make a good faith effort to accurately predict the quantities needed during the task order period of performance. In the event that the actual quantity expended during the task order period of performance is 15% or greater, rounded to the nearest whole number, less than the maximum quantity of the tier below the tier awarded in the task order, the contractor is due an equitable adjustment of the difference in tier pricing for the amount expended at the request of the contractor. For example:
A task order is issued for 120,000 verifications at the Tier 4 rate. Throughout the period of performance 83,500 verifications were used, 16% less than the maximum quantity established for Tier 3 pricing. Therefore, the contractor is due an equitable adjustment of the difference between Tier 3 and 4 pricing for the quantity expended calculated as:

(Tier 3 Rate - Tier 4 Rate) x 83,500
