About this file

This document is an Amendment (001) to a federal solicitation for the USFWS Sheldon Bunkhouse Flooring project, with solicitation number 140FC325Q0034, dated 08/21/2025. The amendment includes six clarifying questions and answers about the flooring replacement project, addressing details such as existing vinyl tile flooring (currently glued down), base trim length (approximately 311 linear feet), and subfloor material (wood). Key contractor responsibilities include supplying color options for luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring and trim base, and managing trash disposal for the project.

The accompanying images show existing vinyl tile flooring with visible wear, scratches, and damage, including a section where a tile appears to be cracked or broken, revealing the underlying wood subfloor. These photos were likely included to provide potential contractors with visual context about the current flooring condition and installation method.
