About this file

This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for gutters and snow guard installation and maintenance services at the Morris Wildlife Management District facility operated by the Department of the Interior Fish and Wildlife Service. The work encompasses the removal of existing gutters and snow guards, installation of new seamless aluminum gutters with appropriate slope and pitch, and installation of snow guards along roof edges to prevent snow and ice accumulation. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work in a professional manner consistent with industry standards and local building codes.

The SOW requires the contractor to coordinate with the contracting officer and facility manager regarding work scheduling and site access. Work must be performed during daylight hours and in a manner that minimizes disruption to daily operations at the facility. The contractor is responsible for site cleanup, proper disposal of removed materials, and restoration of the work area to pre-project condition. Quality assurance includes inspection and approval by the government representative prior to final payment. All work must be completed within the timeframe specified in the contract, with specific attention to weather conditions that may impact installation schedules.
