Statement of Work for: Dock Sections Replacement at Long Lake Boat Landing

SCOPE: This Statement of Work defines the work required to replace the two dock sections and ramp at Long Lake Boat Landing on the Upper Mississippi River National Wildlife and Fish Refuge, Trempealeau, Wisconsin.

1. Provide material and labor to construct a 40 foot long by 6 foot wide floating dock with standard ADA aluminum ramp (typically 10 x 5 feet) (see attached specification sheet SO2488Dock).

2. Deliver Dock to Long Lake Boat Landing, Location listed below.

3. Install dock at site using pipe spuds as described in specification sheet SO2488Dock

LOCATION: Long Lake Boat Landing, Trempealeau, WI, on the Upper Mississippi River National Wildlife and Fish Refuge. Coordinates: 43° 59’ 10.77”North, 91° 24’ 54.98” West.

PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Work must be completed by August 29, 2025.

WORK SCHEDULE: Work will be performed Monday-Friday, except Federal Holidays.

Site visit is not required, but highly recommended.
