About this file

This document contains a solicitation for a federal contract opportunity to provide road and parking area improvement services. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service's San Bernardino National Wildlife Refuge in Arizona requires a contractor to place approximately 0.6 miles of aggregate base course material on a section of road and apply the same material to an 11,000 square foot parking area, then grade both. The period of performance is two months from notice to proceed with a value between $25,000 to $100,000. The solicitation is set aside for total small businesses. Proposals are due by February 9, 2024 and must include pricing on the bid sheet, SAM registration information, and point of contact details. Award will be made based on best value considering technical capability, price, and other evaluation factors.
