About this file

The vendor must diagnose malfunctions, provide estimates for approval, and perform maintenance/repairs either in-shop or in the field. Required services include travel, fluid and filtration services, electronics, coolant systems, hydrostatic systems, steering/brake components, engine/powertrain maintenance, paint/body work, glass repair, undercarriage work, and other operating system repairs.

The BPA allows authorized U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Region 6 employees (who have completed purchase/fleet card training), Budget Specialists, and warranted contracting officers to place orders, with individual field station personnel limited to $2,500 per call. Delivery tickets must include supplier name, service date, itemized list of supplies/services, and pricing details. The related pre-solicitation notice indicates this will be a multiple-award BPA open to businesses of all sizes under NAICS 811310, with a size standard of $12.5M.
