1. What is the full address of assured?
The office address is: 17 Godfrey Drive, Orono, Maine 04473
2. What are the full details of all pilots such as experience and qualifications?
Available upon email request (sarah_delawder@fws.gov)
3. What is the 5 year loss history?
No losses in last 5 years.
4. What are the estimated hours of annual utilization?
Total annual utilization of all aircraft listed on the SOW is around 3500 hrs. About 900-1000 hours of that total would be operations in Canada which would be applicable to the policy.
5. Will the government accept and execute standard commercial insurance contracts prepared by the insurer? It is my experience that Standard Form 1449 is the basis of government contacts. Due to the nature of commercial insurance using its own contracts, I want to make sure that these can be added to the offer and to be completed, if given an award.
Yes, if given an award they will be accepted and completed.
