Q2: Will on-call contractors be required to work every week during the year up to a total of 500 hours?

A2: As stated in the solicitation, "Contractor is expected to show up within 24 hours of being notified by the COR." On-Call services are on based on the need. It may or may not be every week. It will depend on the needs of the cleaning that arise during the period of performance. Based on history, the typical use of these services is about a couple times a year and the panel/chair cleaning is seldom. On call services are generally needed in the event staff members spill food and drink on their chairs.
