2. Page 5 / Wage Determination 2015-5681 Rev 11 Question: We are looking for the occupational code used to determine the wages.
Answer: The occupational code applicable to this solicitation is 11210 - Laborer Grounds Maintenance.
3. Page 7 / A.1 Pricing Schedule Question: I have a question regarding page 7, A1. PRICING SCHEDULE, BASE YEAR 06/01/2021-05/31/2022: At the bottom of the page is a line for, TOTAL BASE YEAR: $_______________. As we are working with Item 1a, 2a, 3a and 1b, 2b, and 3b, all at the same Unit (Estimated Events) numbers in addition to Items 4, 5, and 6, we obviously should not add all of the items for the total line.
How do you want us to provide a total? Add items 1a, 2a, 3a, and 4, 5, 6, for one subtotal and 1b, 2b, 3b, and 4, 5, 6 for a second subtotal?
Did I miss an addendum addressing this?
Answer: The Estimated Events for Items 1 – 3 in the pricing schedule, during the Base Year, are split evenly between During Hanger Construction (Items 1a, 2a, 3a), and Post Hanger Construction (1b, 2b, 3b). To calculate the Total Base Year cost, you must sum up the values for items 1a, 2a, 3a, 1b, 2b, 3b, 4, 5, and 6, under the column labelled “Total Estimated Annual Cost (# of Estimated Events x Price Per Event)”. This is the column on the far right of the Pricing Sheet.
No addendum was issued regarding pricing calculations, but please refer to the Note To Offeror’s on page 5 of the solicitation.
4. General Question: Do we have to submit a certified payroll and do we have to require a certified payroll from any subcontractors we might have?
Answer: No certified payroll required.
