About this file

This document is a Questions and Answers (QA) addendum for Solicitation 140D0425Q0653 for the FSB Meeting Space, issued by the Department of the Interior's Office of Subsistence Management (OSM). The QA addresses four key vendor inquiries: (1) the event space size is 2,500 sq. ft. (less than the 3,000 sq. ft. RFP requirement), but the space must meet solicitation requirements; (2) no room nights are needed for lodging; (3) audio support is not required; and (4) the previous incumbent was S365, Inc., who was awarded $17,231.00 for the contract. The document indicates that vendors should refer to the updated RFQ document for the most current specifications and requirements.

1.) The event space is 2,500 sq. ft., while the RFP specifies a minimum of 3,000 sq. ft. and the venue does not offer analog phone lines in the event space. Would these discrepancies be acceptable to the Department of the Interior (DOI) Office of Subsistence Management

(OSM)?

The space must meet the size requirements of the solicitation. An analog phone line is not required. See the updated RFQ document.

2.) For the FSB Meeting Space, I want to confirm that no room nights are needed for lodging--is that correct?

Yes, that is correct.

3.) Are we responsible for the microphones, mixers, speakers etc.? If so, please provide quantity and specifications for audio?

No, audio support is not required.

4.) Is there an incumbent for this requirement? If so, please provide the contract information on who, amounts and dates of last program.

S365, Inc. awarded for $17,231.00.
