1) What is the approximate daily volume of mail (number of bags, mail totes, etc)?

- About half a mail tote per day.

2) By how much does the daily volume of mail vary?

- Mail can vary daily by half to a full tote.

3) Are the pickup, and delivery, locations dock to dock?

- Yes, dock to dock.

4) If dock level, how high are the docks?

- The current height of the dock is three feet but there are stairs right by it.

5) Size of van you will need?

- Van is not required.

6) Does the carrier need to deliver the mail to the Bureau of Trust Funds Administration prior to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday (excluding federal holidays)?

- Yes, - Be available and conducting business, between the hours of 7:00 A.M. – 2:00 P.M.

Monday thru Friday excluding federal holidays or when the Government facility is closed due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, government shutdowns, or similar Government directed facility closings.

7) Is the carrier responsible for outgoing mail?

- Yes

8) Just to confirm, the courier will be responsible for retrieving mail from the United States Post Office and providing it to the Bureau of Trust Funds Administration once a day?

Yes, The courier will make a delivery to and from in the am and pm - (Courier must pick up and drop off all mail Monday through Friday, from and at the locations, excluding Federal holidays).

9) Can courier services be performed using a locally based subcontractor/driver if my company is registered in a different state?

- Yes

- Daily courier
