This paragraph states that Assumptions and Conditions are to be "Clearly Marked” and to submit with the Pricing Proposal.

However, in the very next paragraph, it states 'Exceptions" are due BEFORE the proposal. Can you confirm the difference between Assumptions/Conditions and Exceptions? If Exceptions are submitted, what is that date?

Exceptions refer to tasks or terms in the contract that the Vendor cannot or will not be able to perform or comply with.

Exceptions are only due before the proposal. This allows the Government time to review the issue, and does not by mere submission, grant approval of the exception.

pp. 33, 34 of

Section G, Sub Item 3 -

Price

Bidders are instructed to provide “additional information described in PRICE PROPOSAL” which is in addition to completing Attachment 1. However, upon a search of the full RFP document, there does not appear to be a section titled PRICE PROPOSAL? Later in the paragraph, it appears the government is requiring a cover sheet for the Price Volume with certain data to be included per “described above” but there is no detail that can be found regarding a cover sheet

Please follow the instructions on pages 31-34 of the solicitation.

Question/Comment Government Response Solicitation Change for this volume. The only data requirements for a cover sheet is for the overall proposal coversheet – is the required data for the Price cover sheet one and the same?

Likewise, because there is no mention about LCAT/key personnel nominations in the proposal, are there any required formats/data fields to include in any resume of a person should key personnel do need to be nominated as a part of the proposal?

See pages 31 and 34 of the solicitation. NA

25 RFP p.
