Please confirm our understanding. | Yes, it is the Government's intent to award the first Task Order. Due to system limitations, it will not be simultaneous. However, it is anticipated to be awarded as soon after the IDIQ award as possible. |

But the expected hours will be split among the actuaries. However, only one of the actuaries can be designated as the Key Personnel. |
| 8 | Does the Actuarial Analyst need to be the same person for each task order, or will we be permitted to use different individuals on different task orders provided the personnel meet the qualifications? | Actuarial analyst can be different for each task order as long as the qualifications are met. |
| 9 | We see in 9.9.2.2 Volume VI – Price – Task Order 1, it is noted that “Contractor shall use established hours”. We then see in Attachment A (B08 SOL Att A – Pricing.xls) that 100 hours are entered for the Senior Actuary and 50 hours are entered for the Actuary Analyst. Should we understand this to mean that the “established hours” are fixed at 100 and 50 for the Senior Actuary and the Actuary Analyst, respectively? | Yes. |
