About this file
This document contains a price proposal template and sample task order scenarios for a full-service influx care facility services solicitation. Offerors are required to provide labor rates for various positions that may be subject to service contract labor standards. Sample task order pricing is included for direct care, facilities management, and wraparound services based on assumptions of location, period of performance, and facility capacity ranging from 500 to 2,000 unaccompanied children or beds. The solicitation seeks to establish an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract to provide full-service influx care facilities for unaccompanied children on behalf of the Department of Health and Human Services' Administration for Children and Families' Office of Refugee Resettlement. Pricing is to be proposed on a firm-fixed-price basis for the sample task order scenarios.
