About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for federal contract 140A2326Q0078 for Behavioral Health Counselor Services at Isleta and T'siya Day Schools. The document addresses five primary categories of contractor inquiries: staffing and service delivery, program framework, reporting and documentation, service delivery methods, and contract administration.
The Q&A directs respondents to the attached Statement of Work (SOW) for specific details regarding the number of students currently receiving behavioral health services, the anticipated time allocation between the two schools, and existing program frameworks such as PBIS, MTSS, or SEL curricula. For questions concerning behavioral health screening tools, standardized reporting templates, data reporting systems, and platforms currently in use by the schools, the document indicates that access will be granted to selected candidates after thorough vetting. Regarding service delivery methods, the Q&A references the SOW for clarification on whether tele-behavioral health services are permitted or if all counseling must be delivered on-site. For contract administration, performance review and program evaluation frequency during the period of performance is addressed in Section 11 of the SOW, pages 12-14.
