About this file

This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) Amendment 0001 for Solicitation Number 140A2325Q0105, relating to a carpet cleaning service for the Riverside Indian School. The Q&A addresses five key points: furniture moving, student belongings, project timeline, site visit availability, and carpet condition. Specifically, the document clarifies that contractors will not move large furniture items, students will have their belongings stored and out of the way, and the two-week (10 business day) project timeline will remain unchanged.

The solicitation is issued by the Department of the Interior's Bureau of Indian Education, with contact information provided for Tyler Smith (405-687-0911) to schedule site visits between 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Site visit attendees are instructed to email Felicia.aspaas@bie.edu with their scheduled date. Three attached carpet images show a multi-colored, mottled carpet in what appears to be a dormitory room with bunk beds, providing potential bidders with a visual reference of the carpet requiring cleaning services.
