1Building Number 414 Boiler room: Would the government consider revising the scope to demo the deck, add scupper and down spout, and full taper and crickets in order to correct the system for proper drainage? 2 Building 413 Dormitory: Can the government confirm that insulation on the ceiling is R-30 Batt Insulation? The ciling is hard lid so it could not be verified without destructive investigation. 8/14/24 The Government cannot confirm the ceiling insulation on bldg 413.

3Building 1399 Gym Roof (mechanical well): The crickets are too small for proper drainage. Would the government agreee to demo of existing PVC leaving existing taper system and installing new cricket system?8/14/24Contractor can propose their recommended solution on Bldg. 1399.
4Building 1400 Library: This standing seam roof leaks at HVAC locations. HVAC maintenance personnel could make a permanent fix to seams at these locations with a recommended product. Would the government consider removing this Building from the scope of work?8/14/24Government wants to leakage areas repaired to

ensure no leakages.

5What are they going to do about the library. There was conversation that it was going to be removed from the SOW. Will that be the case.The Library will remain in SOW
6On the dormitory, R30 is requested, however right now there is only 1/2" styrofoam. A build up will be required if R30 is installed. Is this what you would like?Government requires R30
