The amendment revises the contract type from firm-fixed price to fixed-price with economic price adjustment, allowing for increases to unit prices for airline tickets up to 10% of the original contract price if the contractor's established commercial prices rise. It outlines the notification process for price decreases or increases and timing for contract modifications and cancellations related to price changes.
