STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)

NORTHERN CHEYENNE AGENCY

YOUTH DETENTION CENTER

BUSBY, MONTANA - BUILDING #304 SEWER/WASTEWATER SYSTEM UPGRAGE PROJECT

Background:

Recent assessments show that key parts of the wastewater system located throughout the Facility’s crawl space have deteriorated, reducing flow capacity and increasing the risk of leaks and sanitary or environmental issues. These services will be performed at the Northern Cheyenne Youth Detention Center, located at 304 Mennonite Church Road, Busby, MT 59016.

Scope:

The overall objective (SCOPE) of this project is to fully restore the wastewater infrastructure to a compliant, reliable, and sustainable condition that meets current engineering, environmental, and public health standards and supports safe and efficient facility operations.
