About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document clarifying requirements for the Emergency Water Supply for ARO solicitation (140A1626Q0035) issued by the Department of the Interior Bureau of Indian Affairs Central Office.
The requirement is exclusively for bottled water deliveries to Alaska, with no Continental U.S. (CONUS) deliveries required. Orders will be placed by pallet, with actual packaging configurations and bottle quantities determined based on commercially available packaging options. The government will accept only the awardee's commercially available bottle sizes and does not require vendors to provide non-standard sizing options. All water supplied must be bottled exclusively by the awardee(s)—supplementation with alternative brands is not permitted. This restriction ensures supply chain control and product accountability for emergency water supply operations in Alaska.
