STATEMENT OF WORK
Spokane Agency
Building 263 Electrical Service Repair
1. Introduction:
Building 263 is a single story storage facility, with an estimated square footage of 2,345 SF.
During a winter storm, the electrical service to the building was damaged, and the electrical service pole disconnected from the building. Power is currently shut off to the building until the building’s roof, siding and electrical service is repaired.

Upon completion of work, the building’s Roof, Facia, Overhang, and Siding in affected area is repaired to industry standards. The electrical service is restored to the building and is compliant with the service installation, of Avista PUD and NEC standards.
2. Objectives:
a. Conduct a site visit.
b. Obtain required permits.
c. Obtain waste disposal plan.
d. Repair Roof, Facia, and Roof overhang to industry standards.
e. Repair siding and framing on NE exterior Wall.
f. Reinforce wall frame to support electrical service to the building.
g. Reinstall electrical service to the building, compliant with Avista and NEC standards.
h. Check to ensure all electrical systems for building function properly.
i. Dispose of all debris created from this project in accordance with Washington State
Department of Ecology regulations.
3. Scope of Work
The Contractor shall provide all materials, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, and labor required to repair deficiencies as stated in the Scope of Work. The contractor is responsible for all costs associated with this project, including all travel, per-diem, and the disposal of all waste generated by this project. The contractor is responsible for all permits and compliance inspections, to perform the work as indicated in paragraph 3.1.
3.1
a. Conduct Site Visit.
b. Repair Roof, Facia, and Roof overhang to industry standards.
c. Repair Siding and Framing on NE exterior wall.
d. Reinforce wall frame to support electrical service to the building.
e. Paint all newly installed and exposed wood to match color of building.
f. Reinstall electrical service to the building, compliant with Avista and NEC standards.
g. Inspect and repair the electrical distribution panel inside of building.
h. Test all electrical circuits to ensure none are damaged or shorted out.
i. Dispose of all debris created from this project in accordance with Washington State
Department of Ecology regulations and waste disposal plan.

j. Work hours are Monday thru Friday 0700-1630 hours.
4. Task Identification:
4.1 TRIBAL CONTACTS.
The Contractor shall communicate with the Spokane Tribe TERO, Public Works and Planning Office for requisite permits and waste disposal plans. Contacts for all three offices are shown below.

4.2 SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
General: The Contractor must comply with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration requirements of 29 CFR 1910, 1926, 1960 throughout the administration of work for this project.
a. Emergency Medical & Accident Reporting: In the event of an emergency / medical incident, the Contractor shall Dial 911 as needed.
4.3 QUALITY REQUIREMENTS

General: The Contractor is responsible for all quality control to guard against defects and deficiencies in the work. Inspect and test work as needed to ensure that the quality of materials, workmanship, construction, finishes, and functional performance comply with applicable specifications, drawings, codes, and standards.
