About this file

This document is an amendment to a solicitation for road construction services on the Tohono O'Oodham Nation reservation. Amendment No. 2 extends the bid response date to November 29, 2023 at 1400 Mountain Standard Time. It provides responses to five questions from prospective offerors regarding quality control and traffic management requirements. The amendment clarifies that an independent testing laboratory will oversee quality control and that the project superintendent can serve as the traffic control supervisor, performing other duties as needed. It also confirms that end dumps will not be required for mainline paving. The related federal contract opportunity identifies this as Solicitation No. 140A1124B0001 issued by the Department of the Interior Bureau of Indian Affairs Western Region for PIR 2(4) road construction services.
