About this file
This document is an amendment to a solicitation for road construction services for the Tohono O'odham Nation. The solicitation is a small business set-aside issued by the Department of the Interior Bureau of Indian Affairs Western Region. The amendment provides responses to potential offeror questions to clarify requirements. Key requirements include asphaltic concrete meeting Arizona DOT or PAG specifications, an on-site archaeologist with a degree and field experience during excavation work only, and corrugated steel pipe and end sections that can be proposed as an alternative to asphalt coating after award if manufacturers do not offer asphalt coated options. The bid opening will be held at the address listed in the solicitation and sealed bids will be accepted via delivery services prior to the bid opening date specified in the solicitation.
