The government will provide the Phase III Environmental Site Assessment report and associated site photos. The remediation scope includes backfilling pits, contouring areas to mitigate ponding and subsidence, removing invasive trees/weeds, and re-seeding disturbed areas. Contractors are advised to contact the Navajo Nation Branch of Agriculture for recommended seed mix. A well located at coordinates 36°25'29.08" N 108°52'34.42" W may be retrofitted for domestic water use, and contractors are instructed to coordinate with the Navajo Nation Department of Water Resources and Navajo Tribal Utility Authority.
