Contractors must name Broward County as an additional insured, provide primary coverage without contribution from the County, and maintain a waiver of subrogation in favor of the County. The contractor must provide 30 days' written notice of cancellation and 10 days' notice for non-payment cancellation. For Claims-Made policies, evidence of insurance must be maintained for at least three years following contract completion.
