The payment terms are set at 0% 0, Net 30, and the contract will be awarded in US Dollars. Bidders are required to provide company information, references, and certify compliance with various state requirements, including a non-discrimination clause related to firearms entities and trade associations.

S1 Weekly Services 1 LS - Lump Sum 11/3/2025 to 12/31/2026
Tip: First, calculate all cost per day (Tuesday and Thursday).
This includes direct and indirect expenses. Add the totals per day together for a total. That will be the weekly cost; Invoicing will be per day cleaned. Also, even if combining monthly and/or semi-annual services to the Tuesday and Thursday tasks, do not include those rates in this line as it will be misrepresentative because monthly and semi-annual services are not completed each Tuesday and Thursday.
S2 Monthly Services 1 LS - Lump Sum 11/3/2025 to 12/31/2026
Tip: Calculate all costs to complete only these duties. Consider the amount of additional time, materials, and labor these monthly duties will require. Cost considerations include direct and indirect expenses. If breaking up the services to complete over time, the contractor will prorate the costs accordingly, so the State is not paying in full each time for partial completion until complete.
S3 Semi-Annual Services 1 LS - Lump Sum 11/3/2025 to 12/31/2026 semi-annual duties will require. Cost considerations include direct and indirect expenses. If breaking up the services to complete over time, the contractor will prorate the costs accordingly, so the State is not paying in full each time for partial completion until complete.
