Government Response to Questions:
Questions Response 1 Is it possible to extend the deadline for Notice
ID 1333ND24RNB480016 until 22 May?
The Government has considered your request to extend the due date and the phase 1 due date is unchanged.
2 We wanted to reach out to confirm that registration and small business certification must be completed in advance of the July 22nd award date and not before the Phase 1 submission deadline. Is this correct? We are actively working on this and expect no issues by July.
FAR 4.1102 tells you when registration is required.
3 We kindly request your consideration for a slight extension of the proposal submission deadline. A couple of additional days would adequately accommodate our preparations.
The Government has considered your request to extend the due date and the phase 1 due date is unchanged.
