Amendment 0001:
The purpose of this amendment is as follows:
1. Extend the solicitation response date to July 21, 2022 @11:59pm
1. Amended NIST Requirements.
1. Provide an Amended Combined Synopsis Solicitation.
1. Answer the following questions from industry:
Industry Question #1 Can a system larger than the NIST Requirements indicated dimensions be accepted/fit?
NIST Response: No, the existing indicated dimensions are the only acceptable size that will fit NIST’s needs due to lab space limitations.
Industry Question #2 Can you accept other than FOB Destination or the INCOTERMS DDP equivalent?
NIST Response: No, we cannot accept alternate terms at this time.
Industry Question #3 The current delivery timeframe of 20 weeks is a very short amount of time, is it possible to extend this timeframe?
NIST Response: Yes, a later delivery timeframe is acceptable. See “Amended NIST Requirements” attachment for changes to this requirement.
