About this file

The document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) amendment for Solicitation Number 1333MG25Q0005, a landscaping and grounds maintenance contract for the NOAA Hollings Marine Laboratory in Charleston, SC. Key details include clarification that this is a one-year base period contract with quarterly invoicing, not a multi-year contract as initially suggested. Offerors are required to submit pricing per quarter and for the total year, reflecting bi-weekly service frequency outlined in the Statement of Work.

The Q&A provides additional insights such as the incumbent contract's purchase order number (1305M220PNCNS0660) with a total value of $151,191.24, confirms no changes in the previous scope, and indicates no additional post-award submittals beyond those specified in the Statement of Work. Potential vendors should note that while a separate pricing breakdown is not mandatory, they may include one with their quotation if desired. The contract is for landscaping and grounds maintenance services at the specified NOAA facility.
