1. Will the DOC consider a different NAICS Code? Such as 541611, 541690, 561450, 541990, 541370, 541613, 518210, 519130?

SOW General This requirement is for commercial data sets as accessed or delivered through Web based applications or other electronic means and as a result the NAICS code of 519290 is considered to be the most applicable at this time. Other NAICS codes such as 513199, All Other Publishers are also under consideration. However, the NAICS codes cited in the question are not under consideration, as these codes are services based rather than product based.

2. Do you anticipate that this will be a multi award contract?

SOW General While a multiple award task or delivery order contract is not anticipated for this requirement DOC anticipates issuing more than one standalone contract for specific data sets.

3. Do you anticipate a RFP to be awarded in FY2023?

SOW General Awards associated with this requirement are not anticipated in FY23. The current procurement schedule contemplates release of a solicitation by the end of FY23 with a first set of awards in FY24, Q2.

4. How long do you anticipate the pilot running?

SOW General DOC anticipates the pilot will extend from solicitation release through 1 year thereafter with opportunity to extend depending on results of the pilot.

5. Do you plan to share this data outside your organization?

SOW General It is anticipated that the data to be procured under this initiative will be for Department of Commerce bureaus and offices only.

6. Are financial risk around solvency and delinquency of interest?

Not Provided Not Provided To the extent this question is addressing financial risk, solvency, and business delinquency data those data sets are encompassed within the pilot program.

7. Are there commodities of particular interest?

Not Provided Not Provided Any commodity may be come a matter of particular interest during the period of the pilot program.

8. The need for Global UBO was mentioned, however noted the need for only US contact level information. Can the DOC elaborate if there will be a requirement for contact level data globally as it relates to US businesses?

9. Are financial risk around solvency and delinquency of interest?

10. What type of motor vehicle data - counts, by type, parts?

Not Provided Not Provided Motor vehicle data of multiple kinds may be of value to DOC and are encompassed within this pilot program.

11. Do you need proprietary data assimilated with publicly available data (comp trade, etc.)?

Not Provided Not Provided DOC recognizes that company specific data sets may include proprietary only, publicly available only, or a mix of these 2 types of data. The scope of the pilot program encompasses vendor specific data sets as produced within the commercial market place that may include all proprietary, all publicly available, or a mix of the 2.

12. Are governance scores of interest, for example the "governance" pillar in ESG?

Not Provided Not Provided Use cases are dynamic and dependent on evolving scenarios within commercial sectors. Examples of potential use cases, however, are provided as follows:

• Verify business information to validate firmographic data and mitigate fraud, identify risks, and provide predictive indicators of financial health.

• Assess supply chain data to move from a reactive to a proactive approach on identifying vulnerabilities and growth opportunities.

• Data to understand a community’s baseline economic profile and
