Will the Government please clarify whether all required materials will be provided by the Government, or if offerors are required to bid/propose/provide any materials?

And if they are, which materials?

While these two references are slightly different; one (#11) refers to the current inventory which the Government does maintain the cost for; the other

(#114) is speaking to maintenance materials in general in which there may be a circumstance that the

Government does not maintain that specific item. However, in terms of what offerors need to provide for the bid and to be consistent, the answer for #11 is applicable to both and will make the bids more consistent.
