About this file

This document is a deliverables table for a federal snow removal and ice management contract. The contractor must submit seven key deliverables with specific objectives and deadlines. Safety and compliance documentation is due within 7 days of contract award, including a Safety Data Sheet listing hazardous materials (ice melt and deicing products per FAR 52.223-3 and FED-STD-313E), state/county/city licenses and permits certifying local law compliance, and a Certificate of Insurance documenting required coverage. Sexual Assault and Sexual Harassment training completion evidence must be submitted to the Contracting Officer within 40 business days of award and within 10 days of any exercised option period. A Snow Removal Plan identifying equipment, personnel, 24-hour contact numbers, and response procedures for snow and ice events is due within 7 days of purchase order award.

Ongoing operational deliverables include Service Reports (logs) submitted at completion of each service visit and with monthly invoices to both the Meteorologist-in-Charge and the Invoice Processing Platform, documenting arrival/departure times, weather conditions, snow depth, services performed (plowing, shoveling, ice melt quantity used), and any problems encountered. Annual Biobased Product Reports must be submitted by October 30 for the prior fiscal year (October 1 through September 30) and for each option period if exercised, reporting biobased product purchases in the System for Award Management (SAM) per FAR 52.223-2. All deliverables except Service Reports and the Biobased Report are submitted to the Meteorologist-in-Charge or designee.
