This roof will replace the existing composition shingle roof and includes, but is not limited to: removal of existing shingles, felt, existing decking if needed, installation of new decking, felt, flashing and edging, caulking, snow/ice retention products, and standing seam metal roof. The required metal roof panel installation is 16” or equivalent on center seams.
Roof panel color will be similar to existing red metal flashing & selected by the local office staff. All work to be completed in a professional manner according to standard industry practices. Any alteration or deviation from specifications involving additional costs, changes to material, or cosmetic changes will require prior written approval from the National Weather Service.
