B. PRICING SCHEDULE
The intent of this IDIQ is to pre-price labor rates to the maximum extent practical. Provide fully burdened hourly rates for all labor categories anticipated to be utilized under this IDIQ. (See attachment 2 for description of labor categories.) These labor rates do not exempt contractors from complying with Service Contract Act labor rates/standards.
Offerors may elect to add or remove labor categories in order to align with their technical approach. For added labor categories, please include a description of the skills required, services to be provided, and level of experience/education for the position.
