| Vendor Question 0025: | 1 – In the Statement of Work, III. Scope, it is stated that the servicing organization must be able to provide mobile support and fixed facility services in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, Guam, Panama Canal, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands. Under the section, Place of Performance, there are asterisks next to Guam, Panama Canal, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands. There are no asterisks next to “all 50 states” or “District of Columbia.” We are understanding this to mean that the places that have asterisks next to them are not required but would benefit the government/contract if the servicing organization had those locations available. Our question is whether the servicing organization must have fixed facility locations in all 50 states. Will you consider a servicing organization that has fixed facility services available in some states and in the District of Columbia, but not all 50 states? | No, a fixed facility is not required for the requirement. | |
| Vendor Question 0026: | Will you consider a servicing organization that has limited capacity to provide all of the services listed in the RFP? | Yes, vendors may team with other vendors to provide the services. | |
| Vendor Question 0027: | Will you allow a servicing organization to subcontract or partner with another company to provide Functional Capacity Examinations? | Yes, vendors may team with other vendors to provide the services. | |
| Vendor Question 0028: | Will it be required to have CAOHC Certification for all audiograms in all fixed facility service locations? Will you consider an audiologist without CAOHC certification to perform the service? | ||
| Vendor Question 0029: | Will you consider a servicing organization that does not have mobile service capability? | Yes, if vendors present in their Technical response how the services would be acquired. The Government will review the quote in accordance with the Solicitation Provision Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Products and Commercial Services (NOV 2021). | |
| Vendor Question 0030: | Will you allow a servicing organization to partner with a mobile service vendor or subcontract mobile services? | Yes, vendors may team with other vendors to provide the services. | |
| Vendor Question 0031: | Solicitation page 44, item (2) (C) limits the Technical Quote to 20 pages. That same page, Factor 1, item b requires “a detailed map or a list (including city and state) of each of their clinic locations….” A map will not show the stated level of detail, especially in high-density areas, making a list necessary but lengthy. To provide the complete information requested, will you allow the list of clinic locations showing cities and states to be a non-page counted attachment or appendix to the Technical Quote? | Yes, the list will not count against the page count. |
