Response to Questions recieved:

1. Are there additional specification other than Attachment 1 or this project based only upon dimensional considerations?

Attachment I provides the nomenclature of a Vaisala product (HMP-155 and additional T-Probe) that will be employed with the aspirated and non-aspirated radiation shields. Figure C – DTR503 and DTR13 Dimensions has been removed. The aspirated shield needs to accommodate the additional T-probe (Temperature), the non-aspirated shield needs to accommodate the HMP-155 RH probe.

2. Attachment 1 includes dimensions for an additional T-probe but the requirement only lists HMP-155. Please confirm shields only required for HMP 155 (and not the additional T-probe).

The HMP-155 comes with a probe adapter for the additional T-probe that can fit in many universal probe holders for the aspirated radiation shields.

3. Can you bid just one of the shields or do you need to bid both types, non-aspirated and aspirated?

As listed in Technical Quote Submission Instructions under Factor 1: The contractor shall submit technical characteristics of both aspirated and non-aspirated shields.
