Due to occasional emails being quarantined at the server level and not being received by the
Government installation, the following language is to be added to L.4 FAR 52.212-1
INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS-COMMERCIAL ITEMS (JUN 2020):
Proposals in response to this solicitation shall be submitted electronically via email by 12:00 PM
ET, August 6, 2021 to the following Government representative(s): the Contracting Officer, Andrew Northcutt (Andrew.Northcutt@noaa.gov and (757) 441-6457) and the Contract
Specialist, Jessica Loftus (Jessica.Loftus@noaa.gov and (757) 441-6454). It is the contractor's sole responsibility to ensure that any proposal, to include any other email correspondence, transmitted to the specified Government representative(s) is received prior to the due date specified herein.
