About this file
This Statement of Work (SOW) details the Atlantic Test Range, Telemetry Branch's procurement of fifteen (15) Rohde and Schwarz RTB2002 digital oscilloscopes and corresponding rack mount kits. The equipment will support real-time telemetry data processing in new mission control rooms for the Real-Time Telemetry Processing System (RTPS), enabling measurement and confirmation of telemetry signals during missions. The specific oscilloscopes required are two-channel units with 70 MHz bandwidth, sampling rate up to 2.5 GS/s, 10-bit ADC resolution, and a 10-inch capacitive touch screen, along with 19-inch rackmount adapters. The SOW mandates that all equipment must be TAA Compliant, and delivery is required within five weeks after receipt of the order.

Statement of Work Rohde and Schwarz RTB2002 Oscilloscopes
1.0 Background
The Atlantic Test Range, Telemetry Branch is procuring fifteen (15) Rohde and Schwarz RTC2002 oscilloscopes and (15) rack mount kits. These oscilloscopes will be used by the Atlantic Test Range (ATR) Telemetry Systems Branch’s customers for real-time data processing to support operations inside new mission control rooms (MCRs).
2.0 Scope
The Real-Time Telemetry Processing System (RTPS) provides processing and display of data which is collected and transmitted as telemetry signals from the aircraft or other test article. RTPS receives the telemetry signals, decodes each individual measurement included in the signals received, computes additional "derived measurements' needed, and makes all measurements available for display in a Mission Control Room (MCR). The actual data displays are then selected by the Flight Test Engineers according to the requirements of the specific test being conducted. RTPS operations are conducted and data processed in a sequential collection of equipment called a stream.
3.0 Objectives/Tasks
RTPS uses digital oscilloscopes during real-time telemetry missions to measure and confirm telemetry signals. RTPS is extending mission capabilities to include the addition of a new 15 rack datacenter and will require 15 oscilloscopes to have the additional needed capability to monitor the additional telemetry signals. These capabilities are critical to the operation of the MCRs and execution of the customer mission.
