This is a diverse workforce, comprised of both professional and administrative staff, as well as career civil servants as well as recent hires. The Electric Program is interested in supplementing its available AgLearn training with additional training resources, both classroom and e-learning courses and professional as well as administrative.

The Electric Program is seeking a one-year contract, starting October 1, 2019 and running through September 30, 2020. The requirements are as follows:

1. The training must include diverse and varied training opportunities, both e-learning and classroom courses, with topics including finance, technical writing, management, project management, budgeting, Microsoft Suite, software, public speaking, and related coursework, and provide opportunities for staff of all job series and grade levels to have training opportunities.

1. The training must include professional coursework with the opportunity to earn continuing education credits.

1. The training must have an e-learning and webinar component available to staff.

1. The training must include in-person seminar training opportunities at locations within a 30-mile radius of Washington DC and a 150-mile radius of our field staff (please see attachment titled “Field Staff Locations”).

1. The training package must include an online management tool allowing managers to both assign training to staff (both individually as well as a Program, Division, or Branch) and track staff participation and completion of training.
