Amendment 2
SOLICITATION: 12FPC424Q0217
DESCRIPTION: Updated Title Services for Shades and Oak Mountains and closing services
QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
1. Does every tract need to be searched on every deed? Three of the deeds have extensive legal descriptions with many tracts listed which could indicate many chains of title to be searched. Even with the aerial maps it is difficult to determine what needs to be searched for formulation of a quote.
Answer: A final survey and legal description will be provided (it is expected to be completed soon) however, the provided boundary maps will be the location of the title search. The provided boundary maps are based on the draft surveys and include the sections, townships, and ranges that correlate with the provided deeds.
2. Usually NRCS sends an information sheet with each deed and states which portions of the deed need to be searched when asking for quotes.
