About this file
This document provides details for a federal contract opportunity with the United States Department of Agriculture Natural Resources Conservation Service Vermont State Office. The agency requires an Areawide Market Analysis and subsequent annual recertifications or amendments for up to five years to assist with appraising conservation easement lands under the Agricultural Conservation Easement Program-Wetland Reserve Easement Component. The analysis must comply with NRCS instructions and evaluate comparable property sales considering proportions of non-agricultural wetland and other land uses to assess separate land values. The contractor should augment real estate multiple listing service data with research of owner-direct sales from online sources. The contract period begins October 1st each year and ends September 30th of the following year.
