About this file
This document is an amendment to a solicitation for a federal contract opportunity. The amendment incorporates information from a site visit, including a sign-in sheet, notes, and questions and answers.
The key details are:
- The contract opportunity is for stabilizing two degraded stream crossings totaling approximately 246 linear feet in Graves County, Kentucky.
- The period of performance is from 07/01/2024 to 07/17/2024.
- The amendment provides clarification that there should not be a need to divert the channel during construction, as beavers have blocked the crossing sites which are expected to be removed prior to construction. It also notes that TN river backwater is typically not an issue at this site upstream from the TN river.
- The amendment specifies that the workweek will consist of Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day.
- Contractors must acknowledge receipt of the amendment prior to the specified deadline in order to be considered.
