1 is this solicita�on considered Federal or State contract?
This procurement is a Federal Procurement.
2 What size are the boxes? The boxes are 16 1/2" x 8 1/2" x 12 1/2".
3 Is there an incumbent for this contract? There is no incumbent.
4 If this project were to be sub-contracted out, would the subcontractor need? If so, what type of bond/amount is required to conduct business with the United States Department of Agriculture?
A subcontractor would be required to hold the same NAID Cer�fica�ons, bond and insurance as the sub-contractor. The government is not requiring a specific amount of bonding or insurance.
5 Is it possible if you could take a few photos of just boxes and send so that my subcontractor can prepare an es�mate?

6 Also, are the boxes just paper or do they have staples, binders, notebooks, accordians, etc.?
Some boxes may contain some filing folders, binders, and documents with staples.
7 Are the boxes on pallets? The boxes are not on pallets.
8 Are stairs involved? Transport of boxes to the loading dock does not involve stairs.
9 Can the shredding be done onsite? Shredding cannot be performed on site.
10 Can we schedule a �me to come and see the material to get our logis�cs plan together?
The government will not permit a site visit.
11 Can you please confirm how big or what the weight is of the 930 boxes
The boxes are 16 1/2" x 8 1/2" x 12 1/2".
Boxes are es�mated to weigh in total 20,000 lbs.
12 How you would like the proposal submited?
Other than Form 1449, Cer�ficate of Liability, Proof of Bonding Insurance and the Price Sheet, is there anything else you would like?

13 Should I submit the proposal to both you and Ms. Comstock's email?

14 Who is the Current Incumbent? There is no incumbent.
15 Is there a loading dock or area the truck needs to park to perform the services at all loca�ons?
There is a loading dock at the pick up loca�on.
16 Will badging be required? If so, are you using USAccess, e-Quip, or another system for badging?
All Contractor staff will be logged in (on roster) and escorted by a government employee during the project. Reference RFQ Sec�on 8, 8.3 for ID requirements.
17 Can you please provide the evalua�on criteria and the FAR that this award will be based on?
See RFQ amend 0001. See RFQ sec�on M for evalua�on criteria.
18 Will the agency allow for a site visit prior to bid submission to allow a look at the scope of work as well as distance from the truck parking area to the job site?
All Contractor staff will be logged in (on roster) and escorted by a government employee during the project. Reference RFQ Sec�on 8, 8.3 for Contractor Staff ID requirements.
