showing had already attended the Mifflin site showing. The Juniata site was explained by

D. QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS (Q&A).
1. Question. Will partial payments for completed work be allowed. I said I would follow up with the contracting officer to confirm.
Answer: Yes, partial payment are allowed, for work completed, inspected, and accepted by the
COR, however, partial payment is only allowed one
(1) per month.
2. Question. Trees that have been removed, can these be chipped and spread out onsite. The landowner stated he was in favor of this. This question was discussed with the contracting officer following the showing. It has been determined that this is acceptable as long as the chippings are spread out and don¿t negatively impact desired vegetation growth. Chip sizes shall be approved by onsite NRCS inspector.
3. Question. On existing hedgerows / tree rows do these need to be removed.
Answer. These were established long before the contract and do not need to be removed. Fence lines are staying. The only grubbing to be done is inside the fence rows/hedgerows.
