Site Showing Questions
Two questions were asked at the showing:
1. Is a bond required? No. As solicitation states “The magnitude of proposed WRP Site Restoration is between $85,000 and $92,475” which is below simplified threshold.”
2. Does the contractor really have to be licensed in SC? (In the past, this has not been required for federal contracts (or not enforced?).
If the awardee is found competent and abides by the terms and conditions (statement of work and clauses) of the solicitation their bid will be considered.
File details come from the government source that posted it.
