About this file

This is a draft Solicitation/Contract/Order for Commercial Products and Commercial Services (Standard Form 1449) for landscaping services at MacCallister Hall Atrium. The contract is a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) set-aside with a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 561730 for Landscaping Services and a size standard of $9.5 million. The solicitation seeks 35,000 units of landscaping services with a firm fixed-price contract type, with a delivery date of 9/5/25. The procurement is being conducted by GSA Contracting & Procurement Academy, USCC, located in New London, CT, with an offer due date of 8/27/2025 at 10:30.

The document includes multiple standard federal contract clauses covering various aspects such as trafficking in persons, employee rights, contract definitization, and compliance requirements. Key provisions include mandatory compliance with trafficking in persons regulations, a requirement for a compliance plan, and provisions for employee protections. The government contemplates awarding a firm fixed-price contract, and the solicitation includes references to wage determination standards and various federal acquisition regulations. The contract appears to be a standard federal procurement process with specific emphasis on small business participation and ethical contracting practices.
