Question No. Reference Point Question Answer
1. General Q: Please provide a list of permits that will be required in performance of the task described.
A: The contractor is required to review the work being requested and the location where the work is being performed and identify permits that are required for each task order. Many of the site investigation and cleanup projects to be undertaken through this IDIQ will be subject to review and approval of State and/or local environmental regulatory agencies (for example, hazardous materials release from fuel tanks). The FS does not maintain a list of standard permits that are applicable to the performance of each task. However, in each Task Order, the FS will identify the requirements that are to be complied with and for a given location the contractor is required to research the applicable permits for performing work in that location

A: Yes, multiple contractors will be awarded for this IDIQ.
