About this file

This document is an amendment to a solicitation for janitorial and grounds maintenance services at Fort Missoula in Missoula County, Montana. The solicitation is issued by the USDA Forest Service and seeks these services for four buildings and surrounding grounds at the Fort Missoula campus. The amendment changes the description and pricing breakdown for snow removal services. The period of performance for the base year is September 1, 2023 through August 31, 2024 with four optional one-year extensions. Services will be performed monthly and include regular janitorial work, grounds maintenance during the spring and summer, and snow plowing and removal as needed throughout the winter. Pricing is required for the base year and all option years. A pre-award meeting will be held with the selected contractor prior to commencement of work.
